Admission to the one-hour Master of Business Administration (MBA) preview is free and the Head of Sunderland Business School Chris Marshall will personally be conducting the session.
The aim of the preview is to kick-start the assignment-based MBA, which is designed for working adults facing time-constraints, giving them the opportunity to gain a higher qualification to match their status.
The preview session will be held on Monday 9 May at 7pm at SEGi College Sarawak, Jalan Bukit Mata Kuching.
“This master degree programme gives working adults the flexibility to study while still maintaining their jobs,” said SEGi College Sarawak Vice Principal of Academic, Alan Tan. “Unlike on-line providers, classes are conducted on weekends.
“This means that working adults have access to facilitators of the programme face-to-face and also have class discussions, thereby improving their performance.”
The comprehensive study materials will provide clear guidelines and those who have enrolled for the programme will have full access to the University of Sunderland’s electronic library via Internet through the Electronic Remote Access (ERA) system.
Working adults who may be worried about having to deal with examinations again can rest easy as there is only one examination. The remaining nine subjects are assignment based with one dissertation.
Executives who are ready to accelerate their career with a real world business qualification should take up the MBA programme, which can take as little as 18 months to complete.
